any buy out by heathgate at this point in time hinges on the outcome of the appeals hearing imo. If it goes their way i would suspect HG would be happy with the status quo at this point in time and would let the legal proceedings continue . They can always make an offer later. If AGS gets furthur discovery of documents the decision pendulum would swing our way and HG would be more likely to act.
