Like I said some time ago, they picked a guy with the relevant experience for this job.
It will take a bit of time to get to the production targets we would like to see.
They may only produce 6500-8000 ounces this quarter given all the constraints. June quarter perhaps around 8,000-10,000 ounces, since they need to clear more overburden to get at the ore. Takeoff in production will be September and December quarters.
