On another thread is a discussion about cyclists. A situation came up where someone opened a door and the cyclist rant into it, and they blamed the cyclist.
so who is at fault...if you open a car door and a truck or car hits it, it should be no different to a cyclist imo...
so it wold have been the car owners fault for opening the door..or have i missed something
