Unfortunately from a medical perspective there is a question mark over Relenza as it delivery is oral vapour. This has been known to cause some problems to patients esp those with pre-existing upper respitory problems.

Tamiflu is easier to transport, and has shelf life of 8+yrs. Unfortunately all the Emergency Response Plans both private and public steer to Tamiflu.
