Yes. $20 mill. We all know that. That will be a bond that will stay as an asset on the JV books. Other costs are sea wall, operating costs etc. That is all as expected. Very easy for brokers to account for.
And yes, a low PE if no underground. I expect a PE of 2 in that case. Should give us a shareprice of 40c
