that was a mistake by KT to include that and suggests a quickly written quarterly so we may be over-focusing on CNY. The reason (excuse?) should have been left at the wider expansion/roll-out rather than also alluding to CNY.
Here is an exerpt of the text:
"In the (sic) light of significant market interest, the initial deployment plan has been expanded to take into consideration location opportunities in other Australian cities outside of Sydney. This will delay the planned January deployment until late March, due to the impact of Chinese New Year on the lead-times for the manufacture of additonal locker banks. This will however, see a far broader, initial reach for the network."

Whether KT got fed the CNY line by the manufacturer or not, I'm not sure but he would have been far better off just leaving it out!
anyway, still no sign of a capital raising despite only $600k in the bank at the end of December....suggests a slowdown of sales/cash burn at least
