In my opinion, the reason for lack of market interest is:

Tisia Nominees 6.43%
Roger Alan Jackson 10.86%
Burton, Craig Ian 13.62%
Bob Hughes 60.2%
It means only these four hold 91.11%
Remaining top 20, directors, employees and all ordinary share holders --- 8.89%
Does not look healthy share distribution.
