There is nothing excellent about the situation at the moment. Trading at a 52 week low when the good stocks are pushing above their 52 week highs.
The market wants to know where all the extra funding that will be required is going to come from. All the unforseen problems, challenges and delays that is part and parcel of the gas and oil exploration business.
You might find a heap of the good stuff but can you commercially get it out. Can OBL achieve this...nobody knows.
