Realistic for Rialto to remain in its current form!

With a market cap of 55 million and about 25 million of that in cash. Why would anyone farm in when a complete takeover at 20c or even 16c is quite realistically
possible.

Alot of shares have been traded recently, increased volume and yet no substantial shareholder notices

Is a takeover looming ??
