And just on your beach comment - remember STX has liquids potential and coals as well as shale - and the thickest coals found in the basin so far. Do you think that would be attractive to some of these CSG players that are being prevented from drilling in resi/farmland areas ?? Also STX have to prove that it will flow from these formations but I think it is far more likely given the coals have been proven to be gas saturated and are FAR more economical to produce from (drilling costs , depth etc).
Of course there are still funding issues but as I have said before with a holding this big there is always a farm-out to solve that problem.
