The great shame was that the great bulk of the MOYOB's did not get converted- it would have killed off most of the debt of $45m, and then the share could have been consolidated, but there would be no debt. However, if there is some predator waiting on the sidelines, they will probably get a $45m discount anyway, with the way things are going.
