I take your point guys, and from an investor position you are right. But I think you missed my point just a little, and that was: VTI has rightly expanded their focus to other industries where these decisions do not take forever, and therefore, hopefully we can see a faster turnaround on contracts. However, I still maintain the price and the contracts are independent of each other. Saying one will solve the other is a little naive IMHO.
