    Strange wording, If PLA's creditors not getting paid in full, i.e. have to "compromise", query what PLA shareholders going to get out of this. Is it possible Lewins & co are planning on trying to just giving this away? Wonder if PLA directors and management getting jobs consulting fees in new entity?
