    It is no different to receiving a conditional offer for your house and not signing it with the conditions attached. It is still an offer.....

    They have received an offer for 52 cents cash for 100% of the company with conditions. Now we do not know what these conditions are (and I think it is total BS that the company will not tell us what the sticking points are) but what we do know is that the company will not accept the current terms of the offer. Be that price or some other condition we do not know.

    This is what we have been told. All the other stuff you are going on with is plain rubbish.
