I don't really understand this latest announcement, anyone able to explain it in simpler terms?
I'm guessing its booking an impairment which is basically a tax write-off, so they don't have to pay tax for that amount until their profits exceed that amount payable? am I close?
If that is the case, thats a pretty good announcement, is it not? The language at the end sounded fairly positive.
