It's good that you take the time to think a little outside the square and to share your thoughts on this forum. A top-down managerial approach to the kind of issues that concern you and others here is not always guaranteed to deliver. My view is that management might benefit from lurking on the AVB forum; they might find your ideas useful. Who knows?
