"This is not fear, this is a reaction to risk."
And what is fear but an overreaction to risk???
There are many reasons to the sell-off, most of which come down to the pulled bid, public statements from CFC, and the Citi research. I am saying that the sell-off has nothing to do with the comments in the accounts re debt covenants.
CFC isn't selling. Citi are their advisers. The directors haven't made an announcement that they have breached debt covenants since the start of the year. All that should be telling you something.
