I do love this bit on Page 7....
"That is to be contrasted with the voluminous evidence which was lodged on behalf of the defendant. The affidavits of Mr May and Andrew James Hawker run into thousands of pages. They go into mind-numbing detail explaining what was done and how it was done properly. It is unnecessary for present purposes to analyse any of this material. The failing here is in the plaintiff not providing evidence to support its bare assertion the work has not been done. The plaintiff did not make out there was a genuine dispute as to the existence of the debt."
Mind numbing detail..... I would say daily drill plods, geological hole logs etc etc, my bread and butter, but would bore the socks off a Judge.
These court proceedings read like their qtrly, a shambles, I still can't believe they have control of some of the best unexplored areas of the Dukton belt which is proving so productive for Regis just up the road.
This is better than Home and Away...
