re: Ann: Daily share buy-back notice - Append... The company and a director both bought shares yesterday in the aftermath of the results. I've added some more myself as I think the business has it's strategic settings correct thus times like these should, I hope, be gifted opportunities from the market.

By rough calcuation I think the company still could buy back up to another 6 million shares in the month or so remaining on the buyback. Terms were a max of 10% of the smallest number of shares on issue in the previous 12 months at time of the original notice. At that time there were 93 million shares, I haven't checked further back, and they have now bought about 3 million on this buyback program. I wouldn't complain if they use the rest of the available amount to soak up every share available to the highest biddable amount. Either that or give the balance of capital allocated back to shareholders.
