Last I heard was the bill was passed in December to allow the cheap outside labour.
Greenland doesn't have the workforce to support the intended large projects so outsides our is a must if they want the income from these mines.

Whoever this seller is (Bedford perhaps?) they cant have too many left to sell so hopefully on good news this will re rate upwards nicely.
If there is 340mt up there as they say there is then the market will catch on once some figures are provided.
