when you refer to a director of IVR that someone you know has identified as being involved with a shady deal or dealings, are you at liberty to disclose the name of such director?

of course, most directors do not have perfect score cards but that is a bit of a concern for me..integrity is critical

i have had a bit of a look at Roger Marshall and he appears to be one of the most high profile of the directors, obviously very well connected especially with CITIC our major shareholder and he was heavily involved with Macarthur coal, the eventual takeover of which netted CITIC a very tidy sum

there are two ways i see this appointment either

1. Thin is watching IVR stumble at this critical stage and wants to get back involved to steady the ship and get the company back to where it should be having first hand knowledge of the company

or

2. Thin is an opportunist who having spent 2 years in the wilderness is looking for a comfort zone back in the fold of IVR

there is little information to go on but hopefully we will start to see the man himself in action pretty soon..
