Pilsner ... had a similar problem ...its all about being efficient with your time... Schedule a time of Day when you are unlikely to get interrupted with Family Duties... I generally wait for the kids to go to bed and the the missus to slot into her fav TV shows...
I have got to the stage where I have developed software to scan the data for me and alert me to the top 5 candidates that I need to dig into from a FA perspective and to mark the ones Ive looked at recently
For TA I still however looks at many Charts each evening which is a visual activity for the most part. Even this I have automated to some degree where the System will Cycle down and flash the charts up for a few seconds each and I can stop and look back if one catches my eye... You need to train yourself to do a 1st pass of a chart with 3 secs or less per chart.. then come and spend more time on the a shortlist.
