Go to Cuba if you want state subsidies. There are still plenty of older houses in average suburbs for workers and families. Like every city as it gets bigger the poor get pushed out further. The weather is pretty good over here if they want inner city they can sleep in the parks. Mind you our council has banned sleeping in cars and move them on or fine them.
