Past performance, financial risk, CASHFLOW, stability of earnings, & sustainable sales growth, are the indicators of financial health & management performance that the market at large is looking for. You satisfy this ONLY when contracts are being brought through the front door (obviously based upon developed technologies & established sales & marketing channels).
