I think we need to read this carefully.

they say 13-30 is like 13-24, but then quote the key (higher grade) results from 13-24. So the table at the end is accurate... 13-30 is still in the lab. This is basically a subjective "hole A looks like hole B but we don't have the numbers yet".

They DO quote holes 28 and 29 which are not bad but not outstanding.

So at the moment I regard this as an update that's a bit steady-as-she-goes, more to reassure the likes of us that things are happening. So it fills the "announcement void", the news isn't bad but it's nothing to get crazily excited by.

If 13-30 really does end up with very good numbers then I think PP's prognosis is sound.
