significant update, page-24

From a TA perspective this announcement could have quite easily been used to whip up a bit of a buying frenzy if the big boys were looking to exit a position.
So far this is not eventuating, which tells me one thing...
They are still accumulating...

I currently only have a small position here, but will be watching like a hawk for my buy signal.
