In some ways this is the biggest piece of news in the announcement for me. Personally I have never doubted the copper was there, it's simply a matter of where is the finance and when can we start mining. A completed Feasibility will facilitate that eventuality. A completed feasibility also indicates the companies preferred path to finance is NOT A CAPITAL RAISING!
