yep i gotta say i think you are wrong there. there is only 1.5kk shares between 11 and 13 cents. That is bugger all. And Only tiny volume per day, $80k seeing it drop off. I just dont see them not approving it when i think about it and see the activity.
If it were the case we would see toe TANK. Fact is , EVERYONE is holding. So I wish you well, but I'll see the rest of you at 25 cents in 3 weeks.
