No rail and port final contract numbers need to be in SS. That is not to say they won't. A scoping study is not an exact, finely tuned document like a BFS for example where such contracts need to be very precise and near to finalised.
It is all a little frustrating at the minute but if we are only 12 months away from starting production (even in a small way) the market cap cannot sustain these low levels if as I suspect, Capex $ will be much less than perhaps the market would be expecting.
