What you said is my fear in these days; "the stalling would not be to get it cheaper , but just to make a takeover more likely to be successful!"

It will be always on the cards from now on. However I think we are secure for now.

NSE shareholders wouldn't accept anything less than couple of dollars if the taekover bid is friendly.

If it's a hostile takeover bid, these giant JV partners wouldn't allow it to happen either. Only one of them or both of them could jointly, or another giant which COP and PC would accept could buy NSE. And that wouln't be a hostile takeover either.

There is not much to talk about this for now. We need to prove something first.
