Hi Anatol. Mine is only a point of interest rather than something overly meaty. My point was whether NSE had an say in latest transaction arrangement with CoP and CP. What everyone here is trying to do is to find out what is behind the transaction. What you have pointed out are the facts of the announcement where Sam speaks in a very positive light about the arrangement and I am not disputing that it could be a very positive occurence. However that doesn't answer my question. Did NSE have any say prior and I think Kozzie has come straight out and said "No". As your post also hits on this, I guess what we are all trying to do here is to look behind the picture that the announcement paints. In my case (I am not part of any "you guys" group)I am not disputing the positiveness of the picture but it would be that little bit more meaningful and a confirmation of the positive picture being painted to know just who approached who and what dialogue took place between what parties. And I guess my point is that of NSE's risk exposure to the doings of their partner(s) both positive and negative if it be that corporate transactions can occur without NSE having any say in those matters. It's just occured to me that the point I'm trying to make is that a positive announcement is more reassuring when made with greater transparency. Please don't get me wrong, I'm not taking sides with anyone and apologies if I don't come across too clear sometimes.
