Well said, cash costs are projected at over or around $1100 from memory, this does not include ongoing capital costs, royalties etc. - ongoing capital costs are usually quiet high per ounce of gold produced.

Add to that admin costs, then you might as well add any exploration costs they plan on doing to replace the mined gold ounces.

Then, if they are maybe squeezing out a profit from the gold they can sell, they then get hit with a 30% tax rate.


And dont even get me started about the problems new startup project have with plant commissioning etc..


RDR would probably be the last gold play i would put any money into with a falling gold prices.
