    Just a correction to my above post:

    NVGN (Nasdaq) actually Ended 1.22% down (33.5c on the ASX). It's premarket was up 23.93% at $10.10 and as high as $10.55 (42 and 43.5c respectively) but it had a downward movement the entire day.

    If you are holding over-night, I would watch closely. however we may diverge from the Nasdaq rather than follow, who knows.
