as much as I would like to see everybody get whats owing (and possibly more, the whole point of investing) I tend to think that the class action against will only undermine the process of getting oil from the ground.
Don't get me wrong, I too are holding onto 75% losses on my investment, but I think that the longer the company (or its directors)are tied up in legal wrangles the less their attention is on the oilfield.

Its a tough call, damned if you do.....
