time to step aside, page-6

When MB was appointed to TZ everyone was obviously happy - a high profile person with a solid track record. I guess the downside to that is this person is busy; multiple companies, speaking engagements, TV shows, newspaper columnist etc etc. In hindsight it has backfired as a consequence - he is barely spending a few hours a week on TZ and we are paying him the equivalent of $5m plus p.a. as a consequence. I think he, in discussions with QVT (which are probably ongoing now) will step aside. I feel he had the best intentions for TZ but his available time and his skill base in the IT/New Tech sector have counted against him. Ken - well he was never a good choice but came along as part of the package. I expect a new team come April...Mark will make a fortune out of YBR and do well wiht it, finance is his baby...he can't win them all
