1 Santos for every 25 CTP puts that at an offer of 48.8 - more than three times the current price.
A lot of people would be happy with that, I'm sure, but I don't know that it would reach the 90% required. Also, if Cottee were to convert his company's options they alone would have more than 10% of the shares, allowing them to block any offer.
