You would have to give a reasonable chance to the prospect of NSE snaring the Ensign 32 for a while.
The fact we have not had an announcement probably just means that they haven't worked out the details of the deal as yet and/or NSE/COP/PC are looking at bringing in a rig and contractor which will get the drilling done with the minimum of fuss.
I think a little patience is required here on the drilling front. Once the drilling is done, much more patience will be required if they turn up something of value to see the asset monetized.
This is the nature of O&G exploration.
