You can have 21 graphs, nay 42 etc etc - prices are not going down soon and I must confess there appears to be more zealots subscribing to this philosophy but to little avail as each country and state has its particular reason to be out the norm, not the least of which is people from elsewhere find this island a very desirable place to live and buy a house and will pay a premium to do so even if the locals will not.
