Surely that's been sorted out already as FTTN was circa $12B & FTTP was circa $40B and this project has been piloted and under way for the best part of 2 years!
Sounds like Quigley has finally worked out that he FFTP can not be delivered for $40B - Maybe we are going to get the $12B FFTN technology at the $40B cost!
