Aushed - done I have sent to your personal email. Anyone else interested in my post just send your email to [email protected] and i will pass on the info. I also don't want to get into trouble with the mods so i respect their wishes and won't re-post in this forum but if people are interested in the facts and the schedule of events that occurred that only dinosaurs like me can remember, you have my email.

Wjtennis - As a long term shareholder i totally understand you concern and doubt as an investor especially when share price is sliding. This is my best reply to you based on the family's involvement in the company.

I can not speak on behalf the business contracts in place and what prices that they are locked.Only Nick Curtis knows that and his inner circle of Jacob Klein, Harry Wang etc. I know that Nick is a very very shrewd businessman and a very complex thinker. I trust that he is wily and smart enough to lock in contracts which will be the best for the company. Thats the risk you and I take.

Now with regards with your particular statement: " I also said or meant to say that Molycorp is able to refine oxides to a purer state than Lynas's chlorides"

I politely disagree with your statement and the reason why is that Molycorp plant is based on the rare earth extraction process based in the 1950s and they are using that process as a blue print whereas Lynas design is based on the very best REE extraction process from China and you and i both know that the Chinese has been doing this for decades. Lynas get all the benefits of decade of evolution/ ree research in the design of LAMP. Lynas has working for them and everyone in this forum should know by now 5 of the top REE Chinese scientists working for them and they have the knowledge to extract every single REE in the periodic table. Is not easy for an Australian company to get hold of this knowledge, not easy at all as it is deemed illegal by the Chinese government to get hold of this knowledge and even considered by the CHinese government to be stealing of state secrets.

Also if you don't believe what i say then i say 1 word to you and that should be enough. That word is RHODIA. Before the chinese even knew about the REE extraction process, Rhodia is the company that taught them how to do it. Not only do we have staff from Rhodia we have the very top man the former CEO of Rhodia Eric to ensure the very best man is working at LAMP and get the plant up and running.

Based on the very best of Chinese research in REE extraction and with Rhodia's guidance the REE Oxide from Lynas will be much higher in quality and consistency than Molycorp's REEs as Molycorp's technology is based in the 1950s and Lynas technology is based on the Chinese technology of today.

I hope this help allay some of your concerns
