interesting discusion when will qbe move upwards and onwards. A very simply answer that has been overlooked.
Qbe operates in a highly regulated industry. What does this mean, it means monies recieved for protential payouts must be placed in particular bonds which are highly safe and risk free but today this is very low. The moment there is an upward movt. in teasury notes interest etc. qbe will be rerated.
then the clock begins for the race back to plus $20's in sp
