Hello Hoyland, I agree completely with your sentiments and I will contribute to out of pocket expenses of our elected spokesperson in direct proportion to my shareholding. I do like the approach of trying to explain the need for frequent and appropriate communication with shareholders first, a special meeting would be a trump card if we have to use it or BLT looks like going belly up.

I was not being critical of you when I said "passing the buck" and I apologise for any offense this created. I personally think it is better to have the right person to speak with PF rather than saving a couple of bob. I would vote for you and Maxine and appropriate spokespeople.

It's not a war of shareholders versus management. History shows an ingredient of successful companies is one where happy shareholders fully support, and positively interact, with management. But this can only happen when shareholders are regularly informed about matters that affect their investment. PF is a busy professional person and I do take issue with this, but the best generals are those that look after the troops. Which in BLT's case is not happening.
