Thorin if you look over the history of Mashalla it was supposed to have been funded several times and nothing to do with Vanmag.

Most companies have running costs sure. But usually they have access to operating cash to fund them!!!!!! Name me one other that does not? Its ridiculous it was allowed to happen. You can assume they have met them if you want!! They may one day they announce they havn't and your stock goes to zero. I'm aware there have been some small changes since the meeting. A little of the convert converted but I'm assuming still having to pay the majority of the 8pc coupon semi annually. Check the date, that could you be you ZERO day.

It was CCC that said the would need a highly dilutive share issue if they didn't raise cash in 8 weeks. Not sure why they didn't fall over. I guess they deferred the Mashalla payments again, deferred the royalties, after all they may know they people they are owed to anyway! Don't really know whats happened. They have gone completely quiet on it after I assume regretting what was said at that meeting. All we know is they have put in place a facility that looks to me like its for emergency equity issuance. The way you are convinced by CCC I'm guessing you talk to mgt. You should ask them about that. Perhaps I'm wrong.

Penn has come into production, good and the facility drawn, who knows what delay was and what went on there but done now albeit for a lot less funding than originally announced. They do surprise sometimes. Usually though because they find a new investor and sell shares at lower and lower prices. Is that good? They may fund DeWitt. That wouldn't surprise but if ordinary shareholders ending up benefitting form it, then it would surprise me.

Yep. I guess its a judgment call on asset values. I'm probably lower than others. But some people don't seem to understand that even multiples of the market cap could easily zero the stock. Nothing would surprise me completely with CCC but I will find it hard to understand that if they had a material offer that would impact the shareprice they havn't either given details or halted the stock.
