Adolescents are under 18 so what's your point?. It is directly applicable to their inability to make appropriate decisions in a hunting situation, especially in a NP.
Risk taking/dangerous behaviour, poor decision making skills, accident prone......add to that a gun and a recreational environment. Sorry, but what don't you get??????
