Adolescents are by general definition teenagers with the majority being under 18. The human brain actually continues to mature until around 25 years of age. My kids are in the process of maturing, they are definitely not immature. They are given alot of responsibility when on patrol and take it seriously. Tell me, what sort of maturity does shooting bunnies give?
