tilleydog, excellent explanation! We small trade retail shareholders often forget that picking up $4.5 mill shares isn't the same as buying shares on market with prices at the bid-ask midpoint. And buying TXN shares is probably just coincidence -- could just as well have been SEA shares at a proportional price. I wonder if Dave Mason's ex-wife's shares figure into this?
