I just kept calling WA office until I talked with the company accountant. I expressed my concerns as to hold ups and what was happening.

The information received was directly related to hold ups in Land Use Agreements but the situation was remedied, but not signed off on (which leaves the time frame open).

Weather conditions were not mentioned nor were any other issues.

I was just persistent in getting through to someone. Everyone else has the same opportunity to do so...
