Groucho, if PV does get through permitting quickly and drilling gets underway shortly thereafter I would think Neon could boost production substantially by year end.

The NSA changes should see us over 500bopd, maybe more given the thermal enhancement, PV say 300 bopd initially, rising to something nearer 1000bopd next year, Glau at 500-1000 bopd this year.

Its not hard to see 1000 bopd in combined field production this year with upside to 2000bopd or more next year.

I see the new Californian drilling and enhancements adding $5M to $15M this year depending on timing of initial production. Last quarter income after production costs is likely to be around $7M assuming the above happens successfully.
