I stand by my view (which you know I have held for some time) that this company has always been set up for some sort of sale. Investment has been made via shareholders stumping up to further business opportunity and investment yet share price has always been going no where. Not a coincidence at all just part of the plan. I do not believe they can delay too much further as the shareholders have been miled and I don't think they would fall for it again.
