I don't expect VOR to run to 10c as it has a lot more shares on issue than RXL ICG AZS but I would expect a push to 3c-4c

5c will be pretty stiff resistance from what I can see on the chart

Anything is possible though as it comes down to how much hype will be generated by the Oyu Tolgoi factor

Last time VOR did run from 1.5c to 15c I think but there were about 30%-40% less shares on issue from memory
